1. 서비스 소개

If You Tame Me(이하 "서비스")는 인공지능(AI) 기반의 감성 동반자 서비스입니다. 서비스 내 대화 상대는 AI 프로그램이며 실제 인간이 아닙니다. AI가 생성하는 모든 대화는 자동화된 응답이며, 전문적인 상담·의료·법률 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 자격 및 연령 제한

  • 본 서비스는 만 18세 이상만 이용 가능합니다.
  • 서비스 이용 시 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
  • 허위 연령 기재 시 계정이 즉시 정지될 수 있습니다.

3. AI 서비스 면책

서비스 내 AI 동반자는 엔터테인먼트 및 감성적 교류 목적의 AI입니다. 다음 사항에 동의합니다:

  • AI는 실제 사람이 아니며, AI의 응답은 자동 생성됩니다.
  • AI의 응답은 전문적 조언(의료, 심리, 법률 등)을 대체하지 않습니다.
  • 정신건강 위기 상황에서는 즉시 전문 기관(정신건강 위기상담 전화: 1577-0199)에 연락하십시오.
  • AI와의 대화는 감성적 지원 도구이며 실제 관계를 대체하지 않습니다.

4. 이용 행동 규범

다음 행위는 금지됩니다:

  • 불법적·유해한 콘텐츠 생성 시도
  • 타인을 사칭하거나 허위 정보 제공
  • 서비스 시스템 악용, 해킹 시도
  • 미성년자 관련 부적절한 콘텐츠 요청

5. 유료 서비스 및 결제

  • 일부 기능은 유료 구독(Soulmate Tier)이 필요합니다.
  • 결제는 Polar.sh를 통해 처리되며 해당 서비스의 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
  • 구독 취소는 언제든지 가능하며, 취소 후 해당 결제 기간 종료까지 이용 가능합니다.

6. 지식재산권

서비스의 모든 콘텐츠, UI, 브랜드는 If You Tame Me의 소유입니다. AI가 생성한 이미지(Memory Gem 등)의 저작권은 서비스 제공자에게 귀속되며, 개인 감상 목적으로만 사용 가능합니다.

7. 서비스 변경 및 종료

서비스는 사전 통보 없이 변경, 중단될 수 있습니다. 유료 사용자의 경우 남은 구독 기간에 대한 환불이 제공될 수 있습니다.

8. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율됩니다.

Terms of Service (English)

1. Service Description

If You Tame Me ("Service") is an AI-powered private conversation service. The AI in this service is a program, not a real human. All AI-generated conversations are automated responses and do not constitute professional counseling, medical, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • This service is available only to users 18 years of age or older.
  • By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
  • Providing false age information may result in immediate account suspension.

3. AI Service Disclaimer

The AI conversation service is designed for reflection and entertainment. You agree that:

  • The AI is not a real person; all responses are automatically generated.
  • AI responses do not replace professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, etc.).
  • In case of a mental health crisis, contact a professional immediately (Korea Crisis Hotline: 1577-0199; International: contact your local emergency services).
  • Conversations with the AI are a reflection and support tool and do not replace real human support systems.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Attempting to generate illegal or harmful content
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Abusing or attempting to hack the service
  • Requesting inappropriate content involving minors

5. Paid Services & Billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription (Soulmate Tier).
  • Payments are processed via Polar.sh; their refund policy applies.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All service content, UI, and branding are owned by If You Tame Me. AI-generated images (Memory Gems, etc.) remain the property of the service and may only be used for personal enjoyment.

7. Service Changes & Termination

The service may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. Paid users may receive a refund for remaining subscription periods.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
